Metauten Truffle
A circular cycle route starting at the Truffle Museum, taking in truffle fields, the Basque-Navarre Greenway and the villages of Metauten.
We start the circular cycle route at the Truffle Museum in the Metauten Valley. We head towards the centre of the village and take a path southwards towards the Basque-Navarre Railway Greenway. We follow this old railway line and arrive at Zufía.
Once past this village, we head north through farmland and pass through Arteaga, before reaching Ganuza, a village situated at the foot of the rocky cliffs of the Sierra de Lokiz.
We then continue the route, passing close to Ollobarren, and arrive at Ollogoyen. Finally, we return to the starting point at the Truffle Museum.
