The Zobazo Trail
A circular route through pine forests offering panoramic views of Mount Zobazo, with stops at the Calvario chapel, the Zenzano hut and views of Los Arcos.
Starting the circular route at the Casa de Cultura, we leave the village of Los Arcos and make our way to the foothills of Mount Zobazo. To begin with, we climb up to the Calvario chapel, following the Way of the Cross. From there, we can take in the view of the whole village of Los Arcos and its surroundings. Continuing up this final stretch, we walk along the wooded ridge of Mount Zobazo, skirting the Altos to the north until we reach the Cabaña de Zenzano and, nearby, the postbox at the summit of Mount Zobazo.
We return through the pine forest on the southern slope to the Calvario Chapel and, from there, bring the circular route to an end in Los Arcos.
