Sansol Cisterns
A circular walk in Sansol to two cisterns, passing through Alto de la Mina, with views of Codés and the Mediterranean landscape.
The circular route starts at Sansol Town Hall. We head north along the road and, immediately after leaving the town, follow a track that begins to climb. Further on, we come to a junction with the turn-off to the first cistern, located near Alto de la Mina. From the top, before reaching the cistern, we can enjoy fine views of the Codés mountain range and the villages near Sansol.
Once we take the return path from the first cistern, we descend towards Sansol and take another turn-off along a track that leads us north-eastwards, until we reach the second cistern on the route, which is in better condition. Finally, we take the path back towards Sansol to complete the route.
